Our conference rooms have been refurbished to a higher level, with blackout blinds and new equipment, including built in projector screen/whiteboard/flipchart OR motorised projector screens.
The Kites Lounge has an oval table arrangement and comfortable seats for 12 people, plus the use of the leather sofas.
The Orchard Room has been carpeted and furnished with luxurious chairs and a beautiful round table – and now also has a small ‘anti-room’ which you can set up as workshop space, an interview room or just somewhere to relax in.
We have carpeted the Valley Room, our largest room which can seat up to 100 theatre style, for added comfort.
Our self service refreshment centre, attached to the restaurant, offers freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of teas and biscuits throughout the day.

The rate, for groups of 8 or more (groups of less than 8 will be required to pay an additional room hire charge) includes the following:
Coffee or tea available all day from our new self serve centre.

One conference room, laid out to your requirements
Conference equipment (flipcharts, OHP, Video, TVs)
Bottled mineral water, cordials and mints/sweets are provided free of charge.

For groups of eight of more – one conference room is already included free of charge. Additional room hire (break out rooms etc) rates as follows:
The Kites Lounge £45.00 8m x 6m with comfortable easy chairs and/or tables and chairs for up to 14 boardroom style.
The Leaves Room £55.00 9m x 6m seats up to 25 boardroom or up to 50 theatre style.
The Valley Room £75.00 13.5m x 7.5m is a great space for big conferences, workshops, performances and presentations seating 40 boardroom and 100 theatre style.
The Conservatory £45.00 is a light and spaciouos meeting room for up to 16 people.
All rooms apart from the conservatory feature built in projector screen/whiteboard and flipcharts. Flipcharts are provided for the conservatory.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is payable at 20% from January 1st 2011
The final account will be based on the number of delegates
notified two days prior to the conference.
Residential conferences: A 50% charge will be payable if
cancellation occurs within two weeks.
Day conferences: A 50% charge will be payable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.
LUNCH MENUS
There is a choice of three menus. All of our food is home cooked using good fresh ingredients, locally bought whenever possible. Vegetarians are well catered for, as are individuals with particular dietary needs provided we are notified prior to the event.
Menu 1 £16.50 plus VAT
Mixed buffet, our most popular choice. This menu typically includes a variety of fresh salads, two home baked meats, vegetarian quiches, chutneys and pickles, delicious breads, and baked or new potatoes. This is followed by home baked cakes and fresh fruit.
Menu 2 £19.50 plus VAT
A two course hot buffet meal, with a choice of three main courses, including one vegetarian option followed by dessert. The provision will be at the discretion of the chefs on the day, and will be made using seasonal ingredients and cooked with imagination and care.
Menu 3 £12.50 plus VAT
Hot, fresh vegetarian soup and crusty rolls followed by a selection of sandwiches and nibbles.
Lunches are generally served in the Restaurant, and a bar is available if required.
